What do I need to prepare for sound healing one-on-one?
Prior our session I sent you a document to read about setting intention. Think or journal about what outcome you would like from our session. We will have a conversation and find the intention that is meaningful to you
Do I need to do anything after our 0ne-on-one sound therapy session?
Depends entirely on you. I suggest to reflect and journal about your experience. What came up during the session. Images, thoughts. Are they related to your intention and the change you want to bring in your life? Take the next days to notice your patterns, reactions.
I have injuries. Can I practice yoga?
Depending on what are your injuries, what your doctor or physio are recommending. Contact me for further info. I would suggest one-on-one for tailored classes
What info do you need for the Soul Realignment Readings?

What do I need to prepare for sound healing one-on-one?
I will ask for your birthdate, place of birth and full name (if different when you were born).
I am celiac. Can I have your cacao?
Even though cacao is gluten free, I prepare it in space that comes in contact with gluten.
